Today, in the wake of the Small Business Act, Premier MacIntyre has announced the passing of the Comradeship Extension Act.

The act effectively rewrites the entrance into party membership, as it now creates the provision that one must:

- Take a test demonstating basic knowledge of Socialism
- Pay a flat $50 membership dues fee every month

However, the previous provisions on barring immigrants or businessmen have been removed. The Act also provides for up to $2,000,000,000 in Party money to finance education campaigns about Socialism elsewhere.

The Act also provides for a lifting of restrictions upon small and medium sized business, as the law now provides that those seekign licenses merely attend business school for two years and pay $50.
