Tsing's army-

The Reds felt the full fury of the Pwnage air attack, as tanks and men were torn asunder by the blasts. Tsing tried to make them go faster, but soon, the wreckage and violence blocked the roads.

Tsing hated this......he was denied mobility, he was now a sitting duck.

And that was just as well....the Rebels were moving ever closer....

Huang's army-

The thunderous blitz moved on and on....stopping only to refresh, refuel, and to secure the occasional angry village, it moved on....

Huang was excited at the news. So his new nemesis was in the toilet? Fine. If he wanted his Mother OF All Battles, he'd get it. Scouts reported a position recently hit by Pwnage jets as a possible location for the enemy, so Huang used their existing speed and surrounded the Reds, dumping tons of artillery shells and rockets at them.....then again, a wounded convoy that just did a laager around a series of bridges and had ruined tanks was not hard to spot.

All the while, the Rebel tanks and infantry got ready to charge the enemy....they were ready to show no mercy. This was carried out, as the troops moved in, hitting their flanks with tanks and infantry in APCs. Admist the artillery and the chaos, the Rebels took a bridge, one step in the beginning of the end....

Outside Tianjin-

An armada of C-17's flew near Tianjin. They borught escorts-F-16s-but at this point, everybody knew that what was left of the Populist Air Force was a few measly transport planes and some trainer jets.

They flew high over the area, and got close to their target-a series of five firebases that defended the Western approace to Tianjin. They lay ill-used, and damaged. They were being fixed, however, and they looked like they had men in them still, at least to intellegence.

This did not concern the Koreans in the holds. With balmorals on them, and smug grins, they yelled "For God! For Korea!" and lept from the C-130s.

They were going to do a HALO jump into the area, and soon, a black cloud soon emerged, as the Koreans were being landed, en masse. They would hit an area outside of the firebases, and deploy there.

When they landed, there was no evidence the Reds noticed them-testament to the jump. They soon set up mortars and light artillery, and then began deploying small sapper teams to try and breach the defenses.

As the Reds stod guard, the Koreans silently began to cut the barbed wire....

....and then the Claymores exploded. The Reds were prepared for defense; this showed when the sappers came under attack. The Koreans soon pulled back and then began dumping tons of mortars and light artillery on the forts; th big stuff wouldn't get there for a while. Meanwhile, new teams were assembled, and as the artillery poured nigh near on top of them, the troops placed satchel charges in the barbed wire and defenses and detonated them, enabling the Koreans to move in.

The Reds, as they took cover from the blasts, heard the sound of bagpipes. "Scotland the Great" blared out, and the unsheathing of swords and the sounds of primal screams and running were heard. The old men and boys manning the machine guns couldn't see the enemy, and flares went up.

They saw waves of men, crawling up to the firebases, firing their XM-8 rifles and M203 grenades at the defenses, causing casualties and frightening some of the lesser disciplined conscripts. Despite the casualties, the conscripts were ordered to hold, and they soon trained their M60s on the Koreans. The Koreans began to take hits.

Yet they came relentlessly. The sounds of bagpipes and the unholy chants began to strike fear into the Reds. Soon, when they got within 100 yards, they got up, and charged the bases, spraying them with XM-8 and 40mm grenade fire. Then, charging through the holes made by the sappers, the Koreans unsheathed their swords, and put them to deadly use.

A team of men soon ran up to the highest point of one of the firebases, and waved the flag of the Korean Auxiliaries. Within half an hour, the bases fell, and the enemy was forced to surrender.

Now, they dug in, and began to await the inevitable response....
