The Workers we getting ready for the Manufacturing protocols and the engineers.
Worker: ok well so I guess we wait for them to arrive, the got the Manufacturing protocols with them. we cant do anything until we get our hands on them.
Forman: hmmm... I’m glad there coming, we have no idea how to make a good tank
Worker: ya The Communists burnt all the manufacturing protocols, expect for that one book. but that was a T-63!
The plane on which the engineers were travilling on touched down at the nearest airport to the construction site/factory site. As they gathered thier briefcases from the overhead storage compartment, one of them remarked to the others, "I wonder how much work these people will need to get thier factories running."
"Most likely quite a bit, why else would we be here."
"At least we get a pay bonus."
"I hear that buddy."

Worker: Boss Boss! The Enegeares have arived
Big Boss: Ok thanks for the info. hmmm...
He looked out over the factory. it was a brand new clean factory, that was it! nothing else, nothing had be set up at all!
As the engineers arrived at the factory/construction/work site the head of the engineers turned to the nearest worker, "Where would I find the person in charge here?"

He points to a flight of stairs, right behind him.
"Alright, thank you for your time." So saying the engineer headed up the stairs, when he got to the door he knocked on it.

"Yes, yes I do." He reached into the briefcase and pulled out a few papers, "Here you go." He handed the papers to Nathean.

Big boss walked down the stairs to a sealed door, put in a long looking password and then opened the door and begun walkeing down the stairs behind the door passing hevey looking gun turrets.
Big Boss: ok we are here
he walked into an inpressive looking computer room.
"Impressive, is it connected to the machinery in the factory yey?" Louis asked

Big Boss: well you see we have no machinery yet we were wating for you to arive because we have NO idea what the hell we need, the only tank reffrnece books we got are old T-57 manuals
"WHAT NOTHING, do you have a car factory that we can use?" Louis asked, a look of disbelief on face.

"Alright," Louis began listing an large number of mechanical parts, machines and a variety of other things often pausing for breath before finishing with "...and 40k 3/4" screws."

Seeing the piles of equipment, Louis let out a curse, "What kind of slack jawed idiots were responsible for this?"

"Could you get your people sorting the tools from the machinery. There are some things that need engineers care to do prelim tests." Louis asked as he called to the engineers and told them to get the fragile/valuable things out.
