We are very interested in opening an embassy in VL for the improvement of relations between said nations. If it would be possible we would be extremely grateful. Construction will begin as immediately as you can accept. With this done, perhaps the embassy will be an opening window for talks of a non-agression pact or alliance.

Your Ambassador is most welcome...Accomendations are being prepared at this moment and will be awaiting his arrival...

If possible we would like to have the consulate in your capital, and the military base can be any where in your country. Your consulate in my nation will be placed in our capital city of Tok'ra caree and your military base will be placed in a strategic location. As for the alliance here is our proposal

The alliance will be as follows , to live at peace with all peoples and Governments,Recognising the equality of all States and their intention to strengthen the bonds that exist amongst them on the basis of respect for their independence and non-interference in their internal affairs,Seeking to promote peace, security, stability and well being among our peoples, defend and safeguard the freedom of our peoples and their nation, will be to the mutual benefit of our peoples,Having resolved to unite our efforts towards collective self-defence and the preservation of peace and stability. The nations agreeing to this treaty both must follow the following rules

1.The governments of both nations will support unrestricted trade with one another, in hopes of benefitting both nations economically and bringing prosperity for the peoples of both nations.

2.If either nation comes under attack from one or several nations not included within this treaty, the other will respond with military action as soon as possible.

3.If either nation is subject to destabilizing factors from the interior or from outside countries, such as sabotage, terrorist actions, instigation to revolt, the other nation will respond with military action if required.

4.The nations signing this treaty undertake not to nurture, harbour or support any person, group of persons or institutions whose aim is to destabilize the political, military, territorial and economic or social security of its allied nation.

We the government of the Crazy Ones would be interested in setting up an embassy in you're capital city. Also we hope although we don't require any military bases, that we can use you're dock factilities when my ships are passing and to carry out joint exercises with you're fleet.
