The Commandian times have news that Commandia is now buying weaponry to use in the Revolution in North Mack (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=419560), and will be extremely happy to open a border or a trade route, with any nation that is willing to trade, weaponry or non-weaponry.

Nebarri would like a trade route with your nation and we have weapons infentry weapons are still in development but we have tanks, aircraft, and ships
