Zanziik to hold International Weapons Convention! (OOC Thread)

OOC: Ok, this will be the signup thread, as well as the rules and requirments page for a later to be held weapons convention. Well established weapons design masters or aspiring newcomers to the weapons design game may display their newest ideas during the convention, possibly shaking the world of NS Weapons as we know it. The format of the IC thread will be like this:

(My introduction)

First weapon design is displayed, complete with all available information and pictures.

[1 day comment period with all CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms welcomed.]

(I introduce the second design)

Etc.....

To participate in this event, a nation must qualify for the following:


Not currently at war with Zanziik or any of it's allies
RL owner MUST be able to be reached somewhere other than the forums, either through telegram on NS, any type of Instant Messenger, or through email. This will be used to send any specs of the weapon to me for inspection before the convention. The form of contact must be included with the application along with Screen Name (AIM,YIM) Addy(MSN,YIM,Email)
NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION WILL BE DISPLAYED AT THIS CONVENTION! BE IT ANY TYPE I WILL NOT ALLOW IT
