What is the blueprint for a utopian government? Is it left or modorate or right, authortarian or liberterian, small and efficient or does a large beaurocracy put a brake on the government's actions? What are its priorities? Does it use progressive taxation or a flat tax or some other yet-untried method? Who gets the right to vote and does that system put power in the hands of those who will use it responsibly? Are it's congressional districts divided regionaly and if so, why? What powers should be forever denied to the government?
