Allanean Arms 16" Modular Carbine combines many of the most requested Bushmaster Modular Accessories for the AR Type Rifle. It is built around an A3 type Flattop Upper and has a 16" Chrome Lined Chrome Moly Steel fluted barrel with a milled gas block. This special carbine includes a Skeleton Stock - a new approach to AR15 type stock design which features a comfortable rubber buttplate and a quick detach sling swivel mount that can be positioned to either the left or right side of the carbine. A neoprene foam sleeve covers the buffer tube to provide a comfortable cheek weld - it also deadens the operational sounds of the buffer/action spring.
AA Four Rail Free-Floater Tubular Forend combined with the A3 type Flattop Upper Receiver provide all the Picatinny rails necessary for mounting a wide variety of sight, scopes or accessories. Free-floating means that nothing touches the barrel from the barrel nut forward - avoiding any possibility of barrel deflection or accuracy degradation. Molded Rubber Rail Sure Grips snap over the rail sections on the handguard to add comfort and protection. The rear flip-up sight is a dual aperture B.M.A.S. detachable unit with a windage knob calibrated to 1/2 Minute of Adjustment. The front flip-up sight clamps around the milled front gas block. It folds down to allow scope use with the touch of a button and incorporates an elevation adjustable M16A2 front sight post. The Pistol Grip is an ambidextrous design molded of hard urethane with a stipple finish to provide a solid non-slip grip. It is ergonomically contoured to comfortably position the hand and finger for proper trigger pull. The forged, lightweight, 7075T6 aircraft quality aluminum receivers include cartridge case deflector, last round bolt hold open and raised ribs for magazine release button protection.

The Lady weighs just under four pounds - perfect for ladies and small stature individuals. It features an overall Birdseye Maple Pattern coating on receiver, buttstock, and forend, and select operating controls are accented with nickel plating. This rifle is a feather-weight with fire-power! It is chambered for the powerful 5.56mm NATO cartridge but will accept the nearly identical .223 Remington as well. The Upper and Lower Receivers, Buttstock and Forend are all molded of state of the art Carbon Fiber material that offers incredible durability, strength and ultra-light weight.
The Lady is impervious to weather, moisture and corrosion. The rifle's highly accurate, stainless steel match grade barrel also offers light weight, resistance to corrosion, and is fitted with a unique Quick Detach Compensator that reduces muzzle rise and felt recoil, and offers easy cleanout of any powder residue. The receiver features controls nearly identical to the standard AR15 type rifle. With safety selector positions clearly marked on both sides of the Lower Receiver, the operator can quickly check the firing status of the rifle.
