The country of Blessed Restraint is putting out an order for a speedy and manuverable 10-15 person capacity Armored Personnel Carrier. Carriers only need be lightly armed and have gunports for the troops to fire out of.

Also needed: 10000+ AN-94s. I havent seen many people selling them, but I would prefer these rifles for my main forces.

My country will need to cut corners on things such as education and social welfare, but we must be protected from enemies.

Your defence budget is only $2,193,779,000. I suggest choosing something more reasonable.

Oh my mistake. What would you suggest would be more reasonable? I couldnt find the budget page. I was only going to buy around 100 of the personnel carriers.

EDIT: Oh, and Verghstinsel Armaments can supply you with small arms and APCs. You're wasting your time looking for ones with a 10-15 capacity, though. Usually they're 6-8. And do you think people really want to stick their hands/rifles out of moving vehicles?
