Emir Alex II was ready to pose a deterrent to other nations which would invade the country to plunder its resources, mostly because he had large business interests in the country's continuing sovereignity.

He had earlier agreed to meet with a representative from the Raptorian Federation to acquire nuclear missiles with a very large range. The location was at a nearby harbor, and to bring payment in gemstones valued at PHZ 500'000'000. That was probably how much the Emir made in a month on sanctioning illicit drug deals worldwide, so he didn't mind.

A man walked across the dock. He was wearing a trenchcoat, had a suitcase handcuffed to his right wrist. He was covered in a long, tan trench coat. His Colt .357 Revolver was holstered on his left side. He wasn't really sure of the area, he had arrived on a ferry. He spotted his contact and walked over.

"Are you...?"
"Yes, that'd be me... Do you have what I want?"
"I can call it in right now, let's discuss what you want, and if we can do further business..."

The Emir took out a PDA, and tapped 3 buttons on it. Within 20 seconds, a crate of gemstones and two armed guards behind it arrived. He opened the crate, and it had nothing but bags of marijuana in it. "Crap! Wrong one." He pressed a few more buttons, the armed guards escorted the crate out of his sight, and a new one was brougth forth under escort. It was opened to reveal nothing but gemstones of various colors. "Feel free to examine, I have all night."

"No need to examine." He smiled. "What do you require? ICBM I'd assume? Nuclear Warhead, and this done quietly?"

The Emir replied: "I need both of those; it has to be able to deliver a payload to Armadian, how many will PHZ 500M in gemstones buy?"

"Hmmm... Because I'm nice mate, I'll give you 10 ICBMs already loaded and ready. Sound fair to you?"

"I like it." He then sneezed, and had one of the armed guards run off to the car where he left his heavier coat. "Sorry about that. Anyway, do you have these on hand, or should we arrange a second rendevoux?"

"We won't need to meet again... A Raptorian Cargo Boat will be on it's way..." He paused for a second to take out a cell phone. He typed 2 buttons and said calmly, "Da, veshuna, practorian vadashin, sunava unka, valk sahn." (Translation: Yes, greetings, the order is complete, send the nukes, 10 of them.) He smiled and said, "Anything else?"

"That will be all for now; if anything else comes up, can I contact you again though the usual contacts, or will another system be needed to maintain secrecy?" The Emir inquired as his coat was brought to him and he put it on.

"No, the same system will be fine. Would you mind getting me a cart to transport the crate?" He chuckled.

The Emir pressed a few buttons the PDA and keyed in a message: "Send cart" Within about 5 minutes, a cart was brought, and the crate of gemstones was placed inside it. "I don't blame you...I couldn't lift it if I was 50 times stonger."

"Excellent." He said while he took out his revolver. The guards flinched, but he just causally twirled the chamber and holstered it again. There was thunder in the distance. A shadow of a ferry was on the horizon. "We may need you for some..." He cleared his throat. "Other.... Things... In the future... What do you say?"

"I don't know specifically what you have in mind, but I'll see what can be done if you need something." The Emir replied. "If it's money laundering or something like that, we are known for having the most relaxed laws twoard such things in the world."

"Not what I had in mind, but I'll consider that..." He grinned. "My superiors will be very pleased at this news..."

"Sounds good. When can I expect delivery of the nukes?" The Emir inquired. "A certain situation...well...may get out of hand soon."

Rain was beginning to come down. "In 2 days at the very most." he said. While sighing as the rain beat on his head.

"Sounds good; I appreciate it." The Emir replied. "Perhaps this should be continued at that time; I do not want to have a perfectly good contact get neumonia at such a critical time."

"Aye mate." The ferry docked and blew it's foghorn twice. "I'll see you in 2 days, with the nukes." He handed the suitcase to Emir, wheeled his crate onto the ferry, and waved goodbye.

OOC: The suitcase contains blueprints of the ICBMs.

The Emir returned to the nearby Bentley, and was taken back to the palace discretely. He opened the suitcase, and gave the blueprints to a trusted consort. "Give this to the CEO...Nunuvyabiznaz is going to be making these."

OOC: Shall we continue this with the arrival of the nukes?

OOC: Sure. Maybe later though. And for someone whose name ends in 'cheese', watch out O_O

OOC: No, I've started a nuclear program, and we've begun manufacturing ICBM's, Warheads, and other radioactive materials.

(OOC: I thought you officially had nuclear weapons for years...)

OOC: Yes, but those were bought off others, as well as the ones we had been making were secret.
