The President of the United States of Nellisland has sent out the following telegram to the following nations:

The Massive Ethiopians
Third Jerusalem
Yallak

President Michael W. Nellis would like the company of your nations leader for a day long meeting of the World Powers in our region. This conference will mostly concern with the balance of power in the region, and how we should deal with these rising problems. Please send your national leader and not an representive, because we need to have serious and long talks.

Thank you and we hope to see you there.

Prime Minister Tom Haute was please to see that he recieve this telegram from his friend in Nellisland. He was, at first, unable to come due to health reasons, but decided that it was for the betterment of his country and he must risk it.

Telegram sent to the Nellisland government:

I will arrive as soon as possible. I am looking forward to these and hope that we can figure out a solution to the power problem. See you there.

It was early in the morning, too early to be up, but none the less the Emperor was sitting in a High Council meeting. This one was particularly boring, he thought to himself, they have nothing productive to discuss today.

Moments later he was interrupted by someone coming in through the side door. It was one of the Council chambers guards. Several of the council members were about to speak, informing the man to leave but the Emperor saw this as an opportunity to break from his ‘discussions’.

“What is it?”, Balor called out to the man as he stood. The other council members stopped and the Guard came forward.

“An urgent message from President Nellis has arrived my Lord”.

Balor took the note and read it out aloud.

“Thankyou Lieutenant – send a reply an inform them I will be their shortly, then ready my plane”.

He turned to the Council, “Gentlemen it is a shame that I must miss our oh so enjoyable meeting, but I must leave immediately. Carry on”.

With that the Emperor departed. It would only take about 3 or so hours before he arrived in Nellisland.

Having recieved the responses President Nellis sat in his quarters waiting for word that his guests had arrived. They should be here momentarily he thought to himself. He began to outline the speech that he was going to give. He knew that there was only chance to get these nations to help him, and if he failed he would facing quite a predictament. But he was confident none the less, for he was a great speaker and should pull this off...

Prime Minster Haute's plane had taken off some two hours ago and was about to land at the designated landing area laid out by President Nellis.

"Ladies and Gentleman please buckle up, we will be landing momentarily."

The plane landed without problem and P.M. Haute got off the plane and walked into the building, quite excited as to what was going to happen at the meeting...

OOC: Ok...I am here!

P.M. White's plane had finally landed in the destination that President Nellis has spotted for him. He was, at first, accompied by his V.P.M. but he stayed back to watch over the country. White felt that this was...smarter. He was anxious to start this meeting, the balance of power was going to shift and he wanted it to shift in his favor.

"ETA: 2 minutes" came the pilots voice over the intercom.

The Emperor's plane, having been granted clearance to land rapidly approached the landing strip, radar showing them only minutes behind a Third Jerusalem jet that was already taxing off the runway to make room for another landing.

10 minutes later

With the plane stopped on the runway, the Emperor stepped off and heading into the large building next to the runway.

All the attendees sat in the designated conference room that he had set up for them. Four seats...four men. He was rather excited that this was his big moment. He made sure that there was enough time from when they arrived to when he entered the room, so that all the gentleman could introduce themselves.

President Nellis walked into the room:

"Sorry for my lateness my good friends. I was caught up with something for a moment. Nothing too bad, just to let you know, my daughter has been accepted into the Honor Roll so today has been a good day for me, and I hope that it continues to be."

Nellis walked over to the buzzer and pressed it and said:

"Would you bring in the refreshments for my guests. Please and Thank you."

Four men dressed in white suits entered the room carrying varying assortments of food and laid it out on the table. You could see that there was varities of soda (Coke, Pepsi, Mr Pipp...) and several different type of snacks ranging from chips, dips, and candy.

"Eat and you please!

Now, I didn't call you hear to just eat. Probably much to the display of Prime Minister Haute right? I kid. I kid. I do have a real purpose to why I have called you all here today...

Power!

Yes it is what everyman craves. Not a one of you can say that they do not want it. It is as true as a sunset, and I think I have the way to do it.

As I am sure most of you know our good friend Green Sun has been in some trouble as of late. A civil war if I recall and are in need of some major help. Well I have recieved information that Fluffywuffy is planning to host an attack on Green Sun in an attempt to take power. But I think this is a way to take power for ourselves."

Nellis walked over to the refreshments and poured himself a glass of Mr. Pipp.

"Good stuff. Can't get off it! Anyways...my plan is to allow Fluffywuffy to take over Green Sun. Then the four of us liberate Green Sun, then putting in a puppet government or splitting it up into four section, and then we attack Fluffywuffy on charges of lack of political freedoms and trying to take over a country filled with turmoil. We will be considered heros to the world.

Then we divide Fluffywuffy into several different nations with a puppet government put in each one. Then we have eliminated the threat of Fluffywuffy and Green Sun, and will be able to control the rest of the continent. Hopefully...but I need your help. This is a team project. Are you all in...or are you out...any input you would like to add."

Nellis slid a piece of paper on the table that basically outlined what he just said and that each nation will stick to it.

"You will find a pen next to each of your seats. Join us and together we would be unlimited. We would be the greatest team theres ever been (OOC: Glenda! Haha...Wicked!). Join us and we will rule!"

Nellis sat back in his seat. Letting the leader converse.

Fluffywuffy must make his move before I can mobilise any forces, but that aside however, there is still the issue of allies – does Fluffywuffy have any, and will the international community accept our reasons for conquests?

Emperor Balor thought for a moment, then picked up the pen from the table.

"Fluffywuffy will feel The full force of Yallak."

He signed the document sitting before him.

President Nellis raised his arms in a touchdown formation in excitement than said, "Thank you kind sir. I look forward to working with you. Now would you two like to sign?"

Prime Minister Haute weighed in all of his options. If he signed he could acheive large amounts of power, but than again he could lose it all. If he signed he would be safe for now, but if he didn't he would surely have to wage war with these man.

He grabbed the pen signed it and said,

This is a great day in history.

He handed the pen to P.M. White and hoped that he signed it as well.

OOC: Grrr...I will get you for this Nelly...

I will sign this interesting proposal. I think this will be a great day in history of the world. A new order will rise.

White signed the paper and said,

But what do we call ourselves?

"We have an agreement then".

Balor stood up, "If you'll excuse me for a moment gentlemen".

He walked to the corner of the room and took out his long-range communicator. After pressing a few buttons he put the device to his ear and spoke.

“General Caracas, begin mobilization of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Legions and inform admiral Dagon to prepare his attack fleet. I want them ready in 3 days”.

The mumblings of a reply could be heard in the room, after which Balor switched of his communicator and sat back down.

“My forces will be ready to move at a moments notice”.
