Greetings from Ybronneb! We would first like to congradulate you on the completion of your embassy complex. This marks a great time in the history of your esteemed nation. While it would be nice to have this be a simple social call, I must unfortunately talk about business.

*The man shifts slightly, looking down at a folder before him*
I have been asked by Lady Do'Le'Croxxe herself to arrange for the construction of several bases in various nations. These are dark times, and, with the loss of two of our bases recently, we are hardpressed to keep things running. I request permission therefore to construct the following in your nation:

1 fortified research base, to be located in empty land with a five mile radius of restriced zone. If possible, a forest and lake within that radius would be helpful.
1 airforce base, to be located in a location of your choosing.

We are willing to pay 10 million USD for the above.

Also, the construction of an embassy in your nation would be appretiated. We will send Ambassador John De'Von, with his personal honor gaurd of 10 Vipers (Our Elite Gaurd). 2 armored SUVs, along with a transport chopper will be sent as well.
