Premier Dufour walks into the capital buildings press room followed by his Secretaries of Defense (Steven Autin) and State (Timothy Rye). He walks up to the podium with among cameras flashing and reports talking. He steps behind the podium and looks at the reporters and begins to speak into the microphone
With tensions rising throughout the world in the current situations that we see, I have given orders for some 1.2 million Red Army Troops and 6,000 M-34 Amphibious Main Battle Tanks to enter French Guiana for extra protection of the Empire. The Red Army Troops will be trained by the Red Guard Guerilla Forces (RGGF) who are stationed and trained in and around the Jungles of French Guiana.
We are also dispatching a quater of the 3rd Red Fleet of the Gulf to the coast of French Guiana. The rest has been ordered to patrol the entrance islands to the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Carribean as well as the Crimson Airforces of the Imperial Red Empire.
More troops and forces may be called upon in the future, but we feel that these numbers may be sufficent for the current situation that seems to be brewing else where in the world that affects the motherland and her territories.
