The desire for the People's Republic of Saharistan to obtain WMD capabilities is due to our small size and a desire to defend the freedom of Saharistan.

Conventional warfare alone would not be of any use to Saharistan if a much larger nation were to attack us.

Why do the Democratic Colonies see Saharistan as a threat to their own nation? Our military capabilities are for defensive purposes ONLY.

The government of Saharistan is only interested in defending the Saharistani Revolution and building up the nations economy and military power.

It should not be of any concern to the Democratic Colonies, the path Saharistan takes in it's military activities.

Your disgusting attempts at trying to undermine the independence of Saharistan as part of this deal means that Saharistan will not be dealing with you on this issue.

The People's Republic of Saharistan has offered an agreement to Penpusher, to yet be confirmed, for Penpusher to supply us with weapons that I have already listed in my last message, in order for Saharistan to halt it's WMD programme.

The Space Union asks that we halt our nuclear programme until it says so. We cannot agree to this as Saharistan is an independent nation and therefore makes it's own decisions based upon the needs of OUR nation and not the needs of others.
