This plasma is extremely efficent and we are currently formating it so we can burn it on our cars as we still use oil. We are very close to a breakthrough. But we are only one of few nations that can harvest this Plasma.

We are also interested in helping you build your superstructure for your nation. But in order to do so we would need to be allowed clearence for your airspace so we could send in the nesseceary materials.

Currently in our budget our Spending committee has alotted 100 billion FCS Pounds to speacial construction projects. It is down from last year due to the terrorist attacks on our nation.

1 FCs pound is 1.73$ so we could spend approx. 173 Billion Dollars. on your superstructure project. Although you are a small nation you show that you want to seceed. Hopefully if you accept our help to your project we could discuss a Space tech partnership allowing you to start a Starcommand of your own.
