It has come to our attention that the navy of our freehold, in order to keep foreign invaders and boat people from swamping our shores must develop new platfors to perform that task. These two ships are a reflection of that policy. Production will commence on them within the year, with production running until we get a better design. The Thaler City class will cost approximately $6 billion per unit and the Pfennig class will run about $5.5 billion per unit.
