The Government of the Republic of Haxxoristan would like to announce the formation of a new international organization, open to all nations interested in doing evil. ("Evil" shall be arbitrarily defined later in the Charter.) This is the Collective Evil Organization, and it is opened to new members as of when this post is posted. It's mission is to organize large numbers of evil nations against good nations, so as to increase the power of large numbers of small, evil nations, enabling them to go against larger, good nations. Is anybody interested?
