After completing a renovation of the capital city, Rexicum, Imperial architects left a large swath of land unused. The original plan called for the unused land to become housing. However, it was decided since there was no other housing in the city (being that it is a sort of "special" district), the architects substituted it by allowing foreign governments to place their embassies in the land. In exchange, the foreign government must recognize the protection of diplomats and must allow Fluffywuffy to build an embassy in that nation.

The People's Republic of Siaka is welcome in the Second Empire of Fluffywuffy, and we welcome your embassy and ambassador with open arms. Our Diplomatic Chief of Mission will be Ambassador Charles Heinrich, with Press Attaché John Rexburg, Military Attaché Roger Smith, and Trade Attaché Rick Steward. The Ministry of Trade has also removed all tarrifs with Siaka to facilitate trade.

Achuelia:

Achuelia is also welcome to open an embassy in the Second Empire. We shall send Ambassador James McCall, Military Attaché Henry Davis, Trade Attaché Zakharii Timofeyevich, and Press Attaché Joseph Iov. Also, the Ministry of Trade has removed tarrifs.

Roman Greece

Roman Greece is welcome to open an embassy in the Second Empire. We shall send Ambassador Roger Durling, Military Attaché Joshua Runnion, Trade Attaché Josef Zaicheck, and Press Attaché Adolf Zimmermann. Finally, the Ministry of Trade has removed tarrifs to improve trade relations.

Unfounded Alliance/The Unfounded

We welcome the Unfounded Alliance into the Second Empire, and we shall offer you advice on what is needed to sustain an embassy. For starters, housing for all diplomats and staff is required. Secondary equipment includes a communication room. This serves two purposes; should you spy on someone, it allows secure communications. Second, it allows you to request instructions securely. Other rooms you may need are offices for staff, a garage for diplomatic cars, and a possible helipad. We shall send only (getting tired of naming everyone): Ambassador James Gronfeld, along with various other staffs. We shall also remove tarrifs to eaes trade.

Hawaiian Islands:

The Hawaiian Islands's diplomats are welcomed into Fluffywuffy with open arms, and we, too, are interested in forming permanent alliances. However, we are getting ahead of ourselves; alliances take careful planning and a buildup of relations. In addition to a swap of embassies, we propose we open up trade and possibly swap military bases. We shall send Ambassador Roger Willis, and, as with all other nations we swap embassies with, we shall remove tarrifs.

Belem:

Once again we welcome another nation's embassy, Belem's, into Fluffywuffy. Belem gets the works: an embassy, and Ambassador (Jim Shetland), and a removal of tarrifs. We look forward to future dealings with Belem and improved economic and political ties.

Theao

The Second Empire welcomes the Theaon diplomatic mission, and shall meet the Theaon request. Ambassador Henry Bookes shall be sent to Theao, and we shall remove tarrifs in the interest of free trade.

The Dalmatian Coast

The Second Empire welcomes The Dalmatian Coast diplomatic mission, and shall swap embassies with The Dalmatian Coast. Ambassador William Zimmer shall be sent to The Dalmatian Coast, and we shall remove tarrifs in the interest of free trade.

The United Socialist States of Raqatia would be interested in an embassy swap.

the Tokera is interested in a swap of embassies, and we propose swap military bases.

Raqatia

The Second Empire shall swap embassies with the United Socialist States of Raqatia. As with all previous swaps, we shall also remove all tarrifs. Our Ambassador shall be Franz Wilhelm.

The Tokera

The Second Empire is interested in the Tokera's request. Along with swapping embassies, with us sending Ambassador Zachary Tyler and free and open trade, we shall send the 29th Flotilla, which is ten of our NASN-01 submarines. We shall accomodate whatever the Tokera wishes to send.

[OOC: As I exist in both future and modern tech, I accept embassies from everyone. I hope someone decides to actually make use of these embassies (what better way to hide a spy than to have him be a diplomatically immune 'diplomat'?), rather than just being there for show.]

The Second Empire welcomes the Empire of Newtdom's diplomatic mission, and has removed tarrifs. In our embassy in the Empire of Newtdom, we shall assign John van Eick, Chief of Diplomatic mission, amongst various other staff.

The Second Empire will exchange embassies with Roach-busters, and has allotted Ambassadar Wilkes Booth, Press Attache Will Cruise, Defense Attache Josh Kaymann, Trade Attache Timothy Taylor, and Art Attache Simon Bently. In addition, all tarrifs have been removed to facilitate free trade and mutual prosperity.

Our ambassador to Fluffywuffy shall be Wallace F. Sousa.

The Empire welcomes the Fluffywuffy ambasador to our nation and we will begin moving embassy staff and an ambassador(ooc:will be named once I come up with a good one or it becomes it important) shortly. We hope to have continued good relations with the second empire.
