The stuff that is Global IC is being broadcast on International TV Stations for anyone who wants to watch it.

In the long imperial chambers, press walk in slowly and are seated in designated spots as the Shazbotdom News Network begins the final preperations on the 8 cameras that are positioned throughout the room. People look back and forth waiting for the show to start as the imperial guard, a select few members of the new Black Ops Special Forces division of the Marine Corps, watches the doors for any bad signs. A small red light flashes 5 times near the ceiling in front of the room and the Spec Ops troops let 3 more people in and then close the back doors.

"...And in other news, Emporer Shaz Bot is to make his first, of what will be called the most vigerous speaches to the nation, in a few minutes. We now go live to the Imperial Palace where John Trophton is standing by."
*In the Imperial Chambers of the Palace*
John: "Thank you, Stacey. Were standing here in row 3 awaiting the Emporer to enter the room for this gigantic speach. Wait, i think it's about to begin..."
Voice: "Now, ladies and gentleman, The Emporer of the Holy Empire of Shazbotdom."
A great door opens to the left of the podium and, flanked by 2 guards, is Emporer Shaz Bot and his wife, Giovanna. The crowd chears and claps franticly as the Emporer and his wife walk slowly to the podium. The Emporers wife sits in a chair just behind and to the left of the podium.
"My Fellow Shazbotdonians, and fellow citizens of the NS World. The Holy Empire has come a long way from where we were in the past. We now have an armed forces that rivals many, but the peace-keeping spirit that leaves us to negotiate before attacking. We have an economy that is more than just 'good'. It's a Powerhouse!"
He takes a short break for cheers and applauses
"Lets look at the current governmental statistics that we have figured out for this fiscal year. We currently have the following ethnic types in the Parlimentary Body. 2,546 Aboriginals, 1,109 Shazonians, 1,058 Halonians and 287 Galinians. The Supreme Court is made up of 9 Members That would be 2 Justices from each Ethnic Group, while the Chief Justice is an Aboriginal.
We continue to make each ethnic group equal in all ways. With elections to pick your own Supreme Crourt Justices and the Cheif Justice, as well as local, county wide, and state wide elections, we have the most elections this past year than we have since this Holy Empire's founding."

"Moving on. Our armed forces are in a time of peril. In the beginning part of this month, i signed a bill to dismantel the Imperial Army. Many people are complaining that it is a bad idea, especially the Minister of the Army 4 Star General Theod. But i have a plan. A plan that stems from the depths of Shazbotdom Military R&D, and an installation in orbit around the Earth."

"To continue to prosper, we must reach to the stars and out to other civilizations. I know there is much here on NS Earth, but out there, there is minnerals that we have yet to discover, people that have yet to meet, opportunities that we have yet to uncover. With this, i have formed the Shazbotdom Marine Corps, the Shazbotdom Marine Corps Black Ops Special Forces, and the Shazbotdom Galactic Navy. We have researched a total of 8 Models of space ships, and 2 space shuttles, that can be also refered to as aircraft.
The Marine Corps also has come up with a variety of different items for their use. A total of 5 different weapons and 6 vehicles will be at their disposal. This includes 4 varients of the Warthog Jeep, 1 Tank, and 1 All Terrain Vehicles for single person scouting missions. The weapons are 1 Rifle, 1 Sub Machine Gun, 1 Handgun, 1 Sniper Rifle, and 1 Rocket Launcher. Just a note, the Black Ops Special Forces will use the same weaponry that our current Army uses, this is due to the fact that we will have a surplus of army weaponry after they are dismanteled. They will mainly use the AR-22 Assault Rifle, the M-134 Minigun, and the Phoenix "Desert Fox". All 3 weapons were designed or built by the Phoenix-Dynamix INC of the Nation of the Phoenix Milita."
