After a long absence from the diplomatic scene, the Federated Cantons of Daistallia 2104 wishes to exchange embassies, trade deligations, military attaches, and otherwise establish or re-establish diplomatic relations with many nations.

We wish it to be known contrary to the accusations of BMG, we are not supporting the Slivers, as we are selling them custom designed weapons. We have already stated that should they turn out to be genocidal, we would place our full support on the side of the Samtonians.

Oh, your JUST sending them custom designed weapons, thats not supporting them AT ALL.
And just so you know, they have specificaly stated their intention to kill everything in Samtonia, presumably this includes Samtonian civilians.
