3 years after discovering the "Coil" in the underground chamber it has been ascertained that this is a power device. Our Scientists have concluded that this is a "Quantum Induction Coil". Apply a small starting charge to get things going and the natural bombardment of neutrinos releases enough muons to get the coil to begin to rotate. It is made of a superconducting alloy of Aluminnum, Platnum, and Silicon, as the power output increases because rotation increases the chance of neutrino hits, it will spin faster and faster until it reaches a limit of about c/300 or 1/300th the speed of light the rotation of a charged coil around the superconducting wires surrouding the device produces an enourmous amount of power. Leafanistan is currently building several test devices in the capital city of Concord, an aircraft carrier in the port city of West Commit, and a weapons lab in Decourer City. Our scientists have said that we can make coils as small as 5 mm that produce more power than batteries 10 times their size. More on this as it develops.
