Well, we're a country of Elves, and we just founded our selves. We'd like trade alliances and maybe some military ones as we are so damn young, and many nations have armies bigger then are entire population.

can be modified for individual nations policies
Mondoth accepts embassies with the following rules
No more than 50 armed guards
No more than 2 armed helicopters
No more than 4 armed vehicles
No highly explosive weapons (Flash-bangs and similar weapons are allowed) or Main Battle Tanks please
Also, Mondoth invites applicable nations to join the Mutual Aid Pact of Less Powerful Nations (link can be found in signature)

Such an action can be dangerous. I Kaiser Me Cycle 1 Resiak shall declare war upon you in forty two hours if you don't repeal your threat. Be advised, I am a militant state that builds weapons, and have stratagies you would never dream of. Also your nation's gdp is nothing compared to our gdp so prepare to exhaust your resources.
