We, Lord Foxworth, declare the airspace of The Abyssal Mountains closed to all foriegners. The Abyssal Mountains are now under marshall law. Any foriegn aircraft found in violation will be shot down without warning. Any foriegn vehicles or personnel found in violation will be destroyed and/or killed without warning. Any foriegners currently in The Abyssal Mountains will be given the choice to leave now or stay until We, Lord Foxworth grant them permission to leave at a later date. All foriegners wishing access to The Abyssal Mountains must petition Us for access, and any access granted will be under the condition that Dominion military personnel will be accompanying all visitors at _all_ times.
