Recently exploration has discovered a beautiful island, suitable for the building of a small city. Sparklemist is prepared to offer half the island as a kind of partership, in turn, allying with our great nation.

It has been named Western Hebridea

Imperial Response

The Grand Imperium of Risban is most interested in this, and are willing to pay for the land. We would like to swap embassies and open trade contracts between our two nations, and an alliance would not be out of the question.
We will, of course, like to know the terms and regulations.

I will ship our advisors appointed for this new island over to you, they are headed by Ophelia Morgan.

Well the rules and regulations are pretty simple.

1. All planning must be passed by the Sparklemine Government.

2. No illegal facilities are to be set up.

3. The trade must be regulated.

4. Tourism needs to be managed.

The cost of the half partnership will cost around 100 million SUK (Sparklemine United Kroner)

The Government of Neo Cannen is most interested in this proposal. We would of course be able to use it as an invaluable trade port between Spakleminst and Neo Cannen and indeed many other nations. We propose a multilattral ownership between ourselves, Sparklminst and up to 5 other nations who are interested in creating a multilatteral trade port in this region.

This proposal is a good idea, however, those five different nations might have different interests in the trade at Western Herbridea, therefore sparking conflict and potential wars and disagreements, instead of five, maybe three.

We do indeed see that you are correct. 5 nations may have unforseen consequences. We propose instead that the membership be between Neo Cannen, Spakleminst and Risban. The land divided up into a third each with a central city built by all three nations in the centre.

no....this cannot happen, this would cause a social problem, having three city centres means three different potentially varying types of people, and in a small area, this is not advisable for many reasons, this occurred in Serafima, having four sectioned parts of the island means different border controls and very volatile areas.

The island will have ONE large city, this is the deal, we are not altering it.
