Troops sent to Brazil, Massing near borader with CL French Guiana

Rio de Janeiro, Hatarian Brazil

124 Infantry divisions (with 20,000 troops, 56 CT-24 Main Battle Tanks, 42 INL-78 Light Battle Tanks, 67 GTH-56 Armored Troop Transport and 39 Fox Armored cars in each) have been sent to the Borader with Communist Louisianan controled French Guiana. This and more troops being sent to Brazil is said to be normal.

OOC: this is the Lead up to a Closed RP I am Hopping to start with Communist Louisiana, if only I can get CL to reply to my TG I sent him. The RP will be a Multi-Earth one. (all the Earths mixed.) and will be mostly a Colonal War, some fighting in the homelands, but it will be in the Territories where the War will be fought.

OCC: If I do decide to agree to this, we will have to wait until after next thursday when I get done with school.

If I do agree to anything, especially with it concerning my territories, it will be closed to Hataria and I and each of us will have no more than 2 or 3 allies. No WMD are to be used also.
