This is a notice for all spacefaring civilizations.
We of the People's Commissariat for Science have been working on a feasible hydrogen fueled engine.....however, after some thought, we have been unable to determine an engine type that can efficently use this fuel.
We are seeking designs, as a result, for an engine that can provide a very good power to weight ratio, lots of horsepower, and can work without oxygen. We are interested in the viability of fusion, as well.
Please respond quickly. Our survival depends upon it.
