This morning an un-idenitifed foreign tourist, travelling into Rotovia, was deatined under the National Security Act. The individual, who's nationality is not being released, was found to be carrying nine usable bullets into the country.

A recent amendment to the Act gives Rotovia the toughest federal gun laws in the world, with the posession of un-licenced bullets carrying a 5 year prision term. The addition charge of trafficing in firearm related supplies can result in a maximum $4 Million Denari fine ($10.2 Million USD) or up to 40 years in prisionment.

The embassy of the idividual in question has not yet been contacted, however sources claim they have refused to disclose their nationality or even confirm the authenticity of their passport to RIO officials.

The Justice Ministry was quick to rule out any chance of a plea bargain, showing that the nations zero tolerance policy will not soon be abandoned.
