Galactic Communication
RE: Dratherian Conflict.

With the recent declaration of hostilities against Dratheria and her allies, the Galactic Empire high command has declared a peace conference to be held upon Coruscant in four days time. This conflict can only result in the destruction of Dratheria and in order to preserve the integrity and existence of an alien race and her allies, His Majesty Emperor Palpatine has decided to hold this conference. All dignitaries will provide an envoy of the highest order, the emperor himself will adjudicate this conference. Refusal to attend will taken as a declaration of your intent for total war, and therefore the Galactic Empire will not stand in her allies want for death and destruction. This is the only attempt for peace that will be made, attendance by all Imperial allied and involved parties is therefore compulsory.

The Imperium will gladly sue for peace with Dratheria and its allies; assumign that its terms are met...

The Omnipresence shall send a representative to attend this peace conference. We desire an end to this pointless conflict.

The frigate nearest the Imperial Border sent the transmission then set a course for Coruscant.

Course set... transfering power to FTL drive... activating FTL drive

The frigate activated its Negative Energy Drive and sped towards Coruscant.

A Consternation-clas Star Destroyer folds space near Coruscant. Aboard is True Jedi Master Xeth Cortas. A holo message is quickly dispatched to the Emperor himself.

Transmission

Greetings Emperor Palpatine. I am Master Xeth Cortas head of the Dratherian True Jedi Council. I am here to attend the peace conference. Unfortunatley our President John Mercer cannot attend because he is otherwise engaged in a battle in the Tyr System with Chronosian forces. However we will always keep our promise to assist the Galactic Empire in any way possible. We made that promise to BLACKGRUE long ago and we will keep it. We are fighting a losing war but we wont surrender and have ourselves destroyed easily we will however endeavor for peace. I will be beaming down to the meeting place shortly. May the Force be with you.

End Transmission

A few minutes later Xeth, a Harconan, and an Imaginary Number beamed down to the surface and seated themselves to await the arrivals of the others.

The Imperium's delegate arrived; a brooding hulk of a Space Marine; his body enclosed in dark armor; nothing showing without. He sat, stoic and solitary, awaiting the conference; a mere instrument of the Emperor's Will.
At this moment, far away, the heavens themselves were being shattered in glorious War. And now, the Emperor would announce his terms..

A manned probe, the least threatening of all borg ships, slipped out of it's gate rift orbiting courasaunt.

"This is BLACKGRUE Probe number 90498079873. Requesting landing vectors."
*end transmission*

A transmission was sent our by yet another Class-A HPG from the Ascendancy, after news is learned of a peace treaty being conducted during a war the Gaians couldn't end up helping the Dratherians with. A shame the Gaians still couldn't quite live with, but time and situation prevented otherwise.

..hence the message of hope was sent.

~ :: The Ascendancy appaulds the genuine effort of all nations involved, and hope that a 'real' peace will result, one that will echo the same as our own peace treaty that was concluded properly.

The Ascendancy Sphere stands in watch and in hope that good will result of this all. :: ~

"We recognize no peace until all other parties have ceased hostilities. However, once you have reached agreement, all combat operations will immediately cease. Until then, our sips will continue to pressure Dratherian forces. We will remind them that this alliance is stil willing to crush them into dust. I tell you this to encourage haste."

Having delivered his message to the other participants of the meeting, the Rupil commander cut his transmission and continued to scout for outposts.

In orbit above Coruscant...

The Nanotech Frigate arrived at its destination and opened a channel to the Imperial High Command.

TRANSMISSION TO Imperial High Command

We are representatives for the Omnipresence and request landing clearance and coordinates. We look forward to the conference.

While the ship waited to be cleared, it performed a passive scan of the system to get an idea of how many nations had sent representatives to this conference.

Chronosia we have met your terms and done as agreed upon. We wish all forces to leave our space at your soonest opportunity. We hope to have better relations in the future with all of you maybe one day we will fight on the same side.

We have not yet declared our terms; and they will be dire and numerous....

Unified Sith here. I am just letting you all know that I have not forgotten about this thread and I will be getting to it the morrow.

Thanks for your patience in the horrible delay. But exams....(and photoshop ^_^) had to come first.

OOC: I’m just going to rp as if you have all arrived. This is just to set in stone the arrangements me and Dratheria have made over msn and to voice your questions upon it. I know its been over a weak, but I’ve been annoyingly busy.

IC: The delegates each walked in heads held high, their robes trailed along the black marble floor skimming past the rows of guards which would insure order if necessary. Each was being led to the central chamber, a grand circular hall located in the very heart of the old Republics government buildings. The peace table had been set out prior to the delegates arrival with each side intermixed, with enemies seated next to each other and allies distanced.

At the very head sat the emperor, who had grown tired of this conflict, so tired it was now time to end it with sealed negotiations…….

Waiting for all to sit, apart form the borg delegation which preferred to stand, the emperor began the lengthy negotiations.

“I am all glad that you could attend this conference…. War has come to each and every one of you and as a result I have taken it upon myself to enforce peace. Imperial forces will guarantee any settlement made here today, but first we must learn of each sides demands……” Palpatine remained silent waiting for a delegate to speak.

The borg queen spoke up "Our only request is that the collective remain intact. We have been nothing but loyal to the empire and our joint technological endevors reflect this."

"The Imperium, acting in the name of the great and eternal Daemon Emperor, put forth these demands of the nation of Dratheria. Firstly, Dratheria shall become a protectorate state of the Imperium and the Galactic Empire. She shall have political officers of both in her government. Secondly, Dratheria shall relinquish the Tyr system, and all life in it, to the Imperium. Thirdly, all Dratherian arms must be effectively reduced in size, to a level where she can no longer threaten peace and prosperity. Should our demands fail to be met, the full fury of the Imperium shall fall upon them..."

The collection of nanites that made up the Omnipresence Ambassador moved in unison, giving the appearance of the seemingly human ambassador standing.

"We merely wish to be allowed to leave and hope that there will be no ill feelings between us. We were merely attempting to assist our Borg allies with their endeavor to uphold their obligations to Dratheria. We are not in any way directly associated with Dratheria and will not argue with any demands made of Dratheria as long as the Borg Collective is allowed to survive in a dignified form. We sincerely hope that this conference will be successful in restoring good relations between all respective nations. That is all."

The ambassador then emulated the act of sitting, and awaited a response from the other ambassadors.
