Announced today, the Dread Lord himself has made the largest single reforms in national history. The following list summarizes these massive reforms.
-Defend the weak, or those who have been attacked unlawfully
-The office of Imperator shall now be deemed office of Internal/External Affairs.
-Trade shall be encouraged
-Protect Sovereignty
-Allies shall be encouraged
-These laws are irreversible
The Imperator, who was largely affected by these reforms, was not available for comment as was neither the Dread Lord. All though many fear the new changes, the Dread Lord has promised that instead of being a nation of pure evil has it has been in the past, it shall become neutral.
The only comment made by the Dread Lord was that, “In a desperate time of darkness, one can not stand by and join forces with it. One must separate itself and defend those who cannot and those who keep the world balanced.”
