Esteemed World Leaders:
I write to you to seek your support in the international coalition which my nation is currently building. The government of Huehuete, in building the Community of Progressive States, hopes to establish a bloc of nations committed to democracy, human rights, peace, and social security for the world's citizens. I sincerely hope that you will consider membership in our coalition. By establishing a community of like-minded nations, it is our ultimate goal to establish a pragmatic, compassionate presence in the United Nations. I ask for your support in attaining that goal.

In peace,
Ernesto García

communique from the NDB Foriegn ministry.

Your offer is an intrigueing one. At this moment we are part of the region of Malaria, we may be interested in moving into you region if it did not anger our friendly nations. Can you provide more specific reasons why we would want to be included into your region? Thank you.

Mr. Foreign Minister:
Our Community seeks to provide progressive solutions to international issues such as war, poverty, disease, and oppression. As we grow, we will develop a collective foreign policy aimed at creating restorative answers to these problems, employing such means as UN resolutions, issue-specific trade practices, and foreign aid. By joining our organization, your nation will be able to take an active role in the formulation of policy, and in the implementation thereof. As the Community of Progressive States grows, we will build an ever-greater presence in the United Nations and in the world at large. Joining the CPS will give your state the chance to have an impact in the international arena.

I hope this information will be of use to your government.

In peace,
Ernesto García
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the
Democratic Republic of Huehuete
