North Mack, the SELF appointed leader of the CIN, has shown agression towards Xtesee and its partners (RandomNumbersAndSuch, Xces), CIN Memebers, by banning them to the rejected realm, without reason. They have not violated the CIN Declaration, nor have these partners been in any wars.
As a result, Xtesee, is stepping in and bringing its military power.
This is NOT a declaration of War, but merely a warning.
As between all three partners they have only two space strike fleets, Xtesee is looking for allies, any help that Dictator Mackie can get is appreciated.
