The ever popular news reporter, Kyra Silver (http://premium1.uploadit.org/BetaVerisonX///Kyra-Silver.jpg), neatly lifts up a smal stack of papers off the desk before her, looking right into the camera. "Thank you Tom, for the weather. In other news... Today, a mysterious golden orb was found in an archological dig." A mini screen-in-screen image shows the golden globe with three black stars within it, a large question mark plastered over the image. "Reporting live from the scene is our corespondent, Trisha Tokanowa..." The scene switches to the live footage from the dig site.
The black haired, black furred neko, Trisha, stands in front of a fenced off section near the 'center' of Okumuak Forest. Behind her, various machinery used for digging can be seen, but none are active. It is nearing nightfall... "Thank you and hello to our evening viewers. Behind me, you can see the fenced off archological dig site, where an odd orb of what appears to be transparent gold was discovered, along with a small collection of human skeletel remains. After the discovery, the dig site was cordened off, and no one has been allowed inside since. But, a few of the workers on the shift when the object was discovered. With me is one such member, whose identity will remain a secret." The neko turns to another, his face blurred out with a mosic censor. "Mr. Smith, what can you tell us about this unusual discovery?"
"Well," He starts, then his voice is censored too, distorted so that it's understandable, but not recognizable, "me and several other workers were going over a number of prehistoric items we had dug up, when the globe was discovered inside a clay vase. It glowed softly, and is about the size of both my fists." He balled up both of his fists and put them together, to demostrate, "It was like gold, but you could see through it. And, inside it had three black star shaped marks or objects. I think it's some kind of resin, but I'm no expert."
"And Mr. Smith, can you tell us what has become of the orb since?"
"Well, yeah. It was surrendered to the Knowledge Society." He nods, then moves off camera.
Trisha turns back to face the camera, "As you have it, the mysterious orb is under study by the Knowledge Society. This item is definately something to keep an eye on. This is Trisha Tocanowa, reporting off. Back to you, Kyra."
The scene switches back to Kyra Silver. "Thank you Trisha. This just in, a family is left devasted by the senseless stabbin death commited in downtown Alhaelc. More on this story, after the break..." A commericail for an upscale resturant cuts in...
((OOC: I know I probably misspelled some words, but oh well. And yeah, that's a Three Star Dragon Ball. Since I'm unaware of anyone laying claim to the Dragon Balls, I'm claiming the first. :D There's no reason for your nation to be very concerned about this, though.
