Hebrides Islandia announces intentions to develop nuclear weapons

Due to the recent detonation of a nuclear weapon on our soil by terrorist forces (see here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=417873)) Hebrides Islandia announces its intention to develop a nuclear weapon program of its own to help deter the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction on its soil by national or extranational forces.
