Chetomal Accords
So be it set forth that at the conclusion of the Tanuian invasion of the Mexican Provinces, these accords, hereby known as the Chetomal Accords, shall be taken up, by law, by all member parties. All accords set down by the treaties previous shall be rendered null and void in on conflict with the accords mentioned hereforth. The Tanuian Empire and the Independent Province of Quintana Roo shall henceforth be considered obligatory signatories to the following accords.
Article One
The Government of Mexico shall henceforth be known as a principality of the Tanuian Empire. All states therein and residing in the jurisdiction of shall be rendered unto the Tanuian government. The Mexican governmental structure shall be hereto accountable to Tanuian governmental actions and shall be made unto the Tanuian design. These governmental actions shall include within them all Mexican departments, bureaus, holdings, cabinets, staffs, known and unknown, under which the Tanuian government will reign supreme. Full abdication of Mexican governing posts will fall under Tanuian jurisdiction and shall be made into agreement with modern governing Tanuian protocol. The postings of country and regional, as well as state and local political positions shall be rendered by the Tanuians according to governmental due and substantive processes of law, set down by the Tanuian constitution. All acts made herein are to be considered acts of the Tanuian government.
Article Two
The military forces of Mexico will be given full opportunity to stand down under the henceforth written accords. All Mexican commands, units, battalions, etc. . .shall be rendered null and void of their command structure, duties, and patrols until seen fit as to restore the proper means and methods under Tanuian governership. Military unites shall be stripped of rank, insignia, and means of combatative abilities, within reason, by the Tanuian government, until proper methods of restoration have occurred.
Military action against the Tanuian government is hereby rendered illegal and non-righteous by the existing Mexican and Tanuian authorities and shall henceforth be treated as such terrorist action. Under these accords, the military of Mexico submits to the command of the Tanuian military, restructuring shall fall unto the Tanuian process of military reorganization as determined by the appropriate military and political forces, as defined under Tanuian military constitutional law.
Article Three
Henceforth, all mention of land in article three shall be known as ‘Zapatista Lands’ or ‘The Independent Province of Quintana Roo’. According with the designs of the Mexican surrender unto the Tanuian forces, the Independent Province of Quintana Roo shall be given independent state-hood and recognized as a sovereign nation within the world. The existing boundaries of the Quintana Roo province will be maintained and fortified by the Zapatista people. All actions taken within the province of Quintana Roo shall be considered independent of a sovereign nation and shall be recognized as such. Independent governmental actions shall be taken into accord with existing international treaties governing international law. Designs of governmental structure shall follow in accordance with the pre-existing Mexican structure (as defined by Mexican Constitution prior to surrender).
Article Four
The government of Tanuio will henceforth fully recognize the Independent Province of Quintana Roo as a separate state from the conquered lands of Mexico. The Government of Tanuio also recognizes official trade and diplomatic relations with the Independent Province of Tanuio. As per verbal arrangements made in the surrender conference, the Empire of Tanuio and the Independent Province of Quintana Roo shall enter into a mutual trade agreement. The Exact preferences of sales of military grade equipment shall be rendered unto the Tanuian persuasion as individual equipment sales to a henceforth independent nation. The Independent Province of Quintana Roo shall engage in and enjoy position as a chief trading partner with the Tanuian Empire. The Tanuian Empire shall offer new and surplus military equipment to the Zapatista people at a deferred rate of discount while the Zapatista people and representative government shall recognize Tanuio as the sole purveyor of military goods to the Independent Province of Quintana Roo.
As such trade status is agreed upon, in between Tanuio and the Independent Province of Quintana Roo (IPQR), a free trade zone shall exit such that no tariff, excise tax, embargo, or fine or levy of any kind shall enter into the price of goods bought and sold between the Tanuian Empire and the IPQR. Such trade status shall remain until one party, privy to the agreement, expresses dissatisfaction with services rendered. At which point in the agreement, new terms of trade shall be expressed by each party such that a suitable compromise shall be made.
Article Five
The IPQR and the Tanuian Empire hereby acknowledge the ideal of common defense of nations. All actions taken by both parties within the treaty shall become known as common defense actions (CDAs). These CDAs shall be made only in times of crises. Proper response mechanisms shall, by law, enact provisions such that all members within the treaty shall respond at full speed and alacrity, and with all force available, to come to the aid of the sovereign requesting said CDA.
These such accords are recognized henceforth as the Chetomal Accords, made in conjunction with the surrender of the Mexican forces in the Tanuian invasion of the Mexican provinces. Said accords are hereby struck into law and shall be rendered unto the full abilities of the courts of all inclusive nations.
Drawn, parlayed, accepted, and signed, on this date, May 8, 2005.
The Undersigned hereby acknowledge and hold true all of the above mentioned articles and clauses for the betterment of international relations.
