The United Nations Space Command extends its greetings to the nations of the galaxy. Our ongoing war with the Covenant has left many of our outter colonies descimated, and our inner colonies drained of resources.

We wish to extend an invitation to neighboring nations to establish embassies, and hopefully establish a trade agreement, especally for titanium, with which we can create the alloy Titanium - A for our ship's armor.

We hear you need titanium. It is one of our larger exports. I do believe that we could set up a mutually beneficial trade agreement.

The message was recieved, and then a diplomatic return message was sent via a Class-A HPG back towards the signal originating point a day later.

~ :: Greetings UN Space Command, the Ascendancy is replete in the material you are requesting, not to mention capable of creating 'stronger' armor composites, as well as the same for internal structure components, you may be interested in.

..also, we do not understand the extent of this 'Covenant', and would like more detailed information about them, before we proceed further along any route.

Nonetheless, you message is heard and is being considered with serious intent.
