I'd like to help. Personally, I need practice too. But, I don't want to harm any of my soldiers/sailors/pilots/officers so we better do a wargame and afterward we sighn an alliance agreement.

Yes it is strictly practice, however there will be "casulaties" only mock though, no real deaths, just numbers
And yes, if all participating states agree, we will delcare an alliance.
However, It has come to my atteition I have a exam tomorow.... darn :headbang: ..... so I'll telegram you each individually with details tomorow, provided you are still interested,
