THIS (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=364833) was delivered to a nation that attacked us without being provoked.
As you can read, they decided to ignore the request. We have given them a sufficient amount of time to comply. Instead they attacked us twice afterwards (one against our Earth nation and once against a colony world)and several other nations took care of their imperialism.
We were wondering if you could have any infleunce upon the said nation's willingness to cooperate.
