An heir (or two) for the king!

The Most Highly Honoured and Adored King His Royal Majesty Ludvig von Ivannovitch and his Queen, The Most Highly Beloved and Held in Great Esteem Kings Consort Her Majesty Alsana von Ivannovitch (formally Concertina of Meerajpal) have recently produced two heirs to the royal family. The children, a twin boy and girl, were born in the early hours at the Palace Hospital, in the capital Kapanhaven. The names of the prince and princess have not been decided as yet, as they will be formally annointed in the Katedraale dur Kapanhaven (Kapanhaven Cathedral) by the Archbishop.
Afterwards the King, Queen, Prince and Princess and their retainers will be driven through the streets of Kapanhaven, cheering crowds massing at the balconies and the windows of the buildings, back to the Palatz Belvedere, where a royal banquet will ensue.
The King and Queen have invited all international diplomats and world leaders to share in their joy, apart from the slightly iffier ones that may cause a disturbance in the local populace. Also, firearms will not be permitted at either the annointing or the banquet.
As heirs, the new prince and princess stand to inherit a fortune estimated at 400 million Kroonmark; mostly in royal jewels, heirlooms and items ransacked from abandoned German castles during WWII. The whole kingdom will also become theirs once their father dies (or is considered unsuitable to continue ruling).
The Most Lowly and Spiteful Queen Mother-In-Exile Gertrude von Ivannovitch, interviewed in Las Vegas, told this reporter 'she couldn't care less.'

We send our highest congratulations to the royal family of Saxonius, but we shall not be sending a representative. Our nation is on edge at the moment and the "no firearms rule" could jeporadize our diplomat. It is law that no foreign relations take place with less than two armed bodyguards per diplomat. In response to this, we ask which weapons (concealable or otherwise) would be acceptable.
We congratulate you on the birth of your heirs and children. We shall send a representative to the ceremonies.

We specified that no firearms would be permitted at the annointing or the feast. As this is a royal occassion, security would be at its tightest to protect the king, queen and the new heirs to the throne. All visitors would be allowed a maximum of 25 personal security, although we assure you it is very unlikely to be a concern.
Offensive weapons are not permitted on the streets of the capital, unless concealed or used in self defence.
All weapons and bodyguards must conform to a strict series of tests, and if found to be a cause for concern they will be confiscated or sent home.
We thank you for your congratulations and hope to see you or your representative at the celebrations.

Saxonius:
As a great friend of The Most Highly Honoured and Adored King His Royal Majesty Ludvig von Ivannovitch and his Queen, The Most Highly Beloved and Held in Great Esteem Kings Consort Her Majesty Alsana von Ivannovitch; no less than His Majesty the King and Emperor of the Most Royal and Serene Empire of Windsor-Bainbridge wishes to attend the ceremony. As a long-standing friend of His Royal Majesty Ludwig, the King believes that it is only right for Him to attend the blessing Himself rather than send a diplomat. He wishes to bring with Him 10 security men and two private secretaries. He also wishes to be notified as to whether he will be able to stay in the palace for the night as He hates flying home at night.
The people of Windsor-Bainbridge also wish to know whether it is the girl or the boy who was born first and is first heir to the throne.
The King looks forward to seeing you and the two children. We send you best wishes.
Yours majestically,
Sir Henry Washington, 1st Order of the Royal Emerald
Most High Secretary to His Majesty the King and Emperor

In reply to His Majesty the King and Emperor of the Most Royal and Serene Empire of Windsor-Bainbridge, the King sends his highest regards of welcome and recognition. I have been informed by the King to open the Emerald Suite in the West Wing, whereas his Majesty's private staff shall have the most suitable accommodation in the servants quarters.
It is the Princess who was born first, who therefore will inherit the throne. The King thanks the people of Windsor-Bainbridge for their concern and is offering reduced flying rates to any of its people wishing to come to the Kingdom to witness the ceremonies.
A final date has been set; the 14th of May.
We hope to see you there!
