The Republic of Concremo is hereby announcing that any Nation willing to aid us with the design and production of the Revolutionary FSAH will recieve a minimum of 40% total net proffit for helping design, and additional income for manufacturing, testing and selling the product. As all specs for the FSAH are top secret, only one nation can be chosen. The chosen nation will recieve free production and upgrade rights, and a combat liscence for the FSAH.

We may be keeping Nations in the dark about this project, but its nature could be easily replicated by competitors. We are looking for those who specialise in non-combat equipment, such as RADAR.
