Contract requested for anti torpedo system

The Nihon Rikujo is interested in purchasing an anti-torpedo system for the defense of its ships. We would like to receive production rights and are interested in purchasing plans, if possible. However, in case this is not possible, we are still happy with purchasing hardware. At current count, we would like six thousand copies of this system produced, just name the price and we will review the terms.

Aqua Nation Atlantica offers their export version of the Three Tiered 'Rampart' system, similiar to defensive systems mounted on the majority of most ANA submarines, such as the Rampart Area Defense Sub. (http://www.geocities.com/bishoplotus/anamecha4rampart)
Not only does this provide protection against torpedoes, sub fighters and Submarines but also allows for limited sub aquatic offensive action through the use of super cavitating weapon systems.

2 APFR type 8 turrets mounting 2 ANM-W-91 40mm Slasher Super Cavitating Auto Cannon apiece,
4 Avator S-Cavitator PDAF-6 Point Defense weapons, (25mm Phalanx systems)
4 Micro Drone Noise Maker Launch systems, with 8 drone racks apiece
drones include 'Bubblemaker' SSD units for use against supercavitating torpedoes.
1000 units can be delivered after the first month, with 1000 uniters per month after that.
The price after the first 1000 drops to 12 million apiece.

As a contractual obligation we shal lbe sending technicians to aid in the installation of the units, and their combat alignment.
Transportation submarines will commence shipping upon completion of the first order.
