Palixia, please explain to me how over 1 million warheadsare packed into one "A-bomb". It's completely impossible. It is also impossible for a nation your size to have the fiscal and technological capabilities to manufacture suc a weapon. Even for a nation of over 4 billion like Squornshelous, a weapon this big would take most of our defense budget to create. Based on the total unrealisticness of your posts, this whole thread is one big Godmode. To all of the nations who have purchased these weapons, few if any of you have the ability to purchase these weapons.
For example:
According to the Thirdgeek XML feed, Roman Republic has a total defense budget of just over 7 billion dollars, while it spent $10 billion on just 100 "bombs".
Even if your nations are able to afford these bombs, you will never be able to use them in RP. Here's what will happen.
You: I drop my 2006 series A-Bomb on your capitol, it has 1,000,000 warheads.
Other Guy: WTF!?
You: I bought if from Palixia.

People like the game because it's fun, until people like you come along posting, "OMGWTF A-Bombs for everyone!!!!!!!!!" You really have no idea how annoying it is when a noob selling WMD's pops up every two or three days.
