For years the ninth commune in Franco-Philia has been protesting the Government and asking for an autonomous state. Their reason? FP imposes cumpulosry french language laws on all communes in control, nothing is aailable in english...the phonebook, the Bible...NOTHING. Considering 72% of the ninth commune (Called Neufpays, though they call themselves The Dominion of St. Paul) is english-speaking this poses a problem. Instead of conforming and learning and using the language they are in revolt. As the head of state in FP I am proposing a strange proposition; after speaking to the head of the revolutionary movement..before having him imprisoned, it was made clear they would rather be dependent in another land then francophone in mine. So I am offering this land (about the size of Delaware) to any nation who has a large french speaking population. My nation is a string of Francophone communes from many different areas, 8 in all, none within 100 miles of eachother, and I need a replacement for neufpays...if you have a small tract of land to give to your french speaking pop. (if you have one)...an exchange ould be made....mine for yours. Any takers....I grow tired of jailing revolutionaries simply because they will not say a "merci" or "Bonjour"...
