Bonjour! I am Le Ministre de la Patrie de Franco-Philia. My nation is a collection of independent "communes" connected and ruled by moi and their elected officials Les Viceroys. My nation has just finished building 8 beautiful consulate offices in various communes. If more than 8 wish to switch embassies, there are many open and luxuriant manors all over les communes. What we lack in militiary we make up for in cultural and economic opulence. Please, I am very anxious to create embassies and recieve them in return....Adieu and God Bless..
