On Deatharon Prime.................

The Imperial Palace was crowed with Deatharon Nobility they were here to see the end of the Empire of Deatharon and rise of the New nation of The Imperial Republic of Deatharon. The Gaians were invited to see the cermonay. The Emperor stood on the podium and declared before the Video cams aimed at him that the Empire had truly fallen. He stated that all armed forces will still be employed in the Imperial Republic especially the Marines. The Emperor has given legaslative power to the Imperial Council but the Emperor will hold exceutive power. The Council can make laws and handle treaties and set taxes. The Emperor controls all armed forces, police, and Imperial intelligence Core. The Council will contain all the 5 Dukes and rest will be elected by the people. The council will hold 100 seats and the speaker for the Council will be the Primarch who will be put on by the Emperor. At the end of the long ceramony the Imperial flag is lowered with all citizens saluteing the flag as it lowers. The new Imperial Republic flag rises and many citizens are crying. some from a sense of loss and some from a sense of hope.

The Gaians were present as well, there to ensure security, and to ensure that the the ceremony is done with dignity. Therefore over a hundred OmniMechs and a thousand troops stand in formation alongside with the Deatharon Marines and assorted troops and sailors from other services of both armed forces.

Grand Duke Mavis was present he and his loyal followers were quite upset that the Empire had fallen and were enraged at the thought that the Nobility was losing so much of its power and privellages. They decided to send a message to the Emperor and one that was not very pleasant. The plan was to murder the Emperor and destroy his D.N.A. File before he could be cloned.

The sniper was on the roof he had one molecular Distingerator rifle aimed at the Emperors head. The blast from the weapon was silenced.
