The Ascendancy wishes to formally request to establish cultural and tourisim embassy centers upon Terra itself, in the following locations.

Coral Springs, Florida Providence
Big Timber, Montana Providence
Ito, Shizwoka Prefecture

These are cultural links to the founders of the Ascendancy, and would become also places to emplace minor starbases to bring tourists, and also centers of major cultural activty, as we'd invest in major educational and cultural centers, as well as in every economic vein that can be concieved.

The three areas would also become our embassies on Terra itself, with the Coral Springs Embassy and Cultural Center the core center of the three. The Big Timber node, would become the base for a large technological center as well, with assistance to help improve the area economically as well. The Tio Center would be a pure tourist center, as well as a heavily spiritual center for Gaians to flock.

As such, whom do we need to speak to to accomplish this result.

Who said anything about 'giving'? All we wish really is an area to place an embassy/cultural center, and in exchange, we have access to 'massive' amounts of resources throughout our core and galaxy systems to offer in long term trade. Even weapons to a 'limited' degree.

All we ask is a small plot of land to use as embassies, as well as to allow Gaian citizens access to the homelands of the Gaian founders themselves. We can meet nearly any price that is reasonable, mainly from a technical capability to absorb, as well as a minor assurance of a moral stance that certain trade won't turn into invasions or such.

...the last whence we are 'not' doing. When one controls 3,000+ Star Systems, territory loses meaning for us.

Hence this peaceful intention...

We would be willing to allow you your embassy/cultural center. As to cost, the only cost would be the purchase of the land needed for the center as well as the property taxes.

That would be more than fine. And are there any resources you are looking for to help show our good faith in our offers.

If you wish to have representatives on hand to assure governing of rules, and any other restrictions we should be aware of, please do so willingly. We will bring with us several prefabricated facility sections to be placed north of the township indicated.

..and trust us, the economic influx is more well worth than would be at first shruged off. The Gaians 'do' see these three areas as our own 'Meccas'.

As to resources, the major resources wanted are technologies and sciences, as well as national histories, major/copies of artwork/literature and similar things.
As to rules, they are fairly basic, no stealing, no attacking/fighting ect. normal laws and legal dealings.

...Hyper-Advanced materials and surfaces (tritanium, white stone, spiderglass.. ect..)
...advanced agricultural and livestock techniques, including safe methods of genetic enhancement for nutritional effects.
...Climatizers that can control weather to a strong extent, such as the repair of the ozone layer and other climate concerns of planetary health.
...access to all sorts of rare metals and gemstones in 'great' quantities, even some not seen on Earth yet.
...the history of the Ascendancy and several other space based nations we have contact with, as well as extensive archives of cultural, scientific, and more, all to be displayed openly in the large center we wish to build.
...access to the capability of advanced space travel, as well as SpaceStations and StarBases that can enhance travel and capability by large amounts. This includes advanced hover-monorail and other mass transit capabilities that we use just as extensively. This also includes retroactive allowance of Earth citizens that wish it, to travel to the stars on our own Transport network of JumpShips and WarShips.

We'd even offer to help defend your territories if asked, though actual basing of military forces is 'not' on the immediate plate of activities. Any military basing or such, would have to be approved by Gaian Tourman High Command to prevent abusing any situation. We 'are' sensitive about this, and will take such matters with care..

..unless your forces are 'used' to seeing massive numbers of Battlemechs in combat. Not part of our viewpoint of all this.

If there is a need, just ask. Just ask the Woodians, we are a 'very' helpful civilization, if varied. (Might get a chance to see 'real' angels and other alien races, if their holo-imagers are ever turned off.)

We should add, that any other nations that wish to volunteer such similar 'small' tracts of land for this same purpose, that wish to trade with the Ascendancy, would be more than welcome. We are open to any offers.

Of the listed techs/sciences/historics, we would like a copy of the materials going into the cultural center to place in the national archive.
As to the military base, save for the Earth based territory, we do not have any territory thus do not really need your defence forces.

Of course, though the center will be essentially a Gaian diplomatic base, and many open materials of the Ascendancy displayed. The details are rather numerous to actually describe here. Holo-terminals and such will be the nominal information delivery device for any that wish to learn, as well as for visiting Gaian tourists that wish to learn the opposite about Earth nations and the planet itself.

As for the military, we'll then only station small guards of Angel God and Steel Angel troops in the centers for pure security only. They will be limited to the local area, unless in a group on a tourist trip, since even they are Gaian citizens.

OOC: I command central and Southern CA, with a space station. I'm centered on Los Angeles, with colonies in the San Joaquin Valley.

((OC- Who has Florida and Japan then? Kinda trying to gett attention from said controlling nations like Theao dod for Montana. ))

OOC: Lots of players have replicate claims, so it's not too huge a deal who claims what - more that the RP doesn't suffer because people want to simultaneously claim the same land in the same RP. That said, Krioval already controls plenty of tropical Pacific Islands, so we could claim Japan for the purposes of this RP if it helps.

About a week after the first messages were conducted, and the inital messages between the Gaians and Theaoans, a single JumpShip arrives via Fold Jump, a specially constructed Monolith Class design that was a large diplomatic starship. It brought with it three diplomatic teams to fully engage in negotiations for the placement of the embassy culture centers.

The vessel Folded above their Luna Observation Base, and moved in from there into high earth orbit about three hours later, sending out Gaian IFF codes.

They weren't exactly on familiar territory, diplomatic wise, so were a bit cautious.
