"Sir", said a stout man in a uniform, few ribbons or awards hung from his officers jacket. He quickly ran over to the Emperor, saluted, and handed him a piece of parchment. The Emporer was a large man, 6.1 ft tall, he rubbed is white mustache as he read the parchment. "Hmm, the situations in Israel are becoming to violent, I worry for our countrys safety, I mean yesterday a car bomb hits our borders, and today friendly diplomats in the area are killed", said the EMperor as he waved his arms in frustration.
"Sir", if I might seem so bold as to say", said the young officer. "Our military is greater then that of Israel's plus with there problems weith the Palistinians, we could um."
"I do see your point, hmmm, I think Israel would make, a great colony for the empire."said the emporer as he smiled, bring me a doctrine, we are going to war.!"

The Empire of Selucia Asia Minor has declared war on Israel, to once and for all bring an end to the violence in the country, and to expand the boundaries of Selucia. Forces are being ammased at the borders, and the small Seclucia navy is being sent to blockade Israel ports.
