The Imperial Roycelandian Government, concerned by the wave of Revolutionism, Counter-Governmentism, and Anti-Internationalism currently sweeping the world, has decided it is time for a Conference to address the issue
As a result, invitations have been sent to France, United Elias, Al-Ahzad, Rome, Russia, and any other Pro-Roycelandian Nations, inviting them to Port Royal for a Confernence to decide what should be done with the current global situation...
There was no doubt about it, the decisions reached at these Accords would have far reaching and long-term consequences...

OOC: Erm, can't we handle this at my Moscow conference? Not complaining, or anything, but we have so many conferences already, it's hard to keep track.

OOC: No, this really needs to be handled at a seperate conference. There are a lot of people present at the Moscow Conference that Roycelandia really has nothing to do with (most of the Holy League), and I think the focuses of the two conferences are different.
Truth be told, it's basically an excuse for Roycelanda and France to set out their Imperial Plans for the world, with some discussion with other "Interested Parties" joining in, as well as decide what we're going to do about all these Soviet trouble-makers trying to stop us... ;)

Chief Russian diplomat John Buzkovski has been dispatched to Port Royal, hoping to persuade the Roiks to go along with the Russian plans for Eastern Europe.
Specifically, it was wondered if Roycelandian peacekeepers in Lavrageria could fill the gaps in Russia's defenses while Russian forces went on the offense.
Also, Buzkovksi would request that the Roiks figure out a way to keep NATO out of the whole affair.

Roycelandian Defence Staff have indicated that the Peacekeepers in Lavrageria are more than willing to stand in for their Russian counterparts when the Russian Conquest of Eastern Europe begins, but have stopped short of committing to actually joining in themselves...
