Today, Generalissimo J.L. signed a bill into law making it mandatory for all citizens to attend newly-constructed language schools and learn to speak the Farsi language. Due to the merger with The Parthians, the Generalissimo has made many efforts to help 'Persianize' his country. There are now signs in English, Thai, and Farsi, several new Persian TV stations, radio stations, and newspapers are appearing, and all government buildings, banks, schools, and public places are required to fly Parthian flags along RB flags or face a $15,000 fine. In addition, over 200 statues of Shah Khosru III have been built in various parts of the country, several thousand SAVAK agents are in RB City, and the two nations have begun massive student exchange programs. J.L. has also made Parthian history, Parthian constitutional law, and Parthian culture mandatory classes for high school students.

The Great Sixth Reich also wishs to announce that Farsi has been recognized as a state-sponsored language, and must be available for learning at all schools in The Great Sixth Reich, and may fulfill the Five Language Requirement mandated.

Foriegners are bad enough, but foriegn languages are worse. Why force citizens to suffer such torture; at least foriegners can be ignored.

Plus, all rational student hate LOTE, be it German, Latin or Xhosa, and I'm sure Farsi is no different.

There is one language and that is the english language.

Our citizens are happy and content with learning multiple languages because we teach them in an engaging and active fassion using computer based technology, using humor to lighten the seriousness of the typical language class. However, we obviousously do have language classes that are mandatory to supplement the computer material. I have yet to have heard a single complaint about our program, as it is "free education" because it is the only subject all costs are paided by the government. Since all languages are spoken by everybody, it makes the material more important to students so they can conference with everybody. They also are able to choose one language out of the five required for guaduation.

This law seems strange to us but we see no issue with you requiring your citizens to speak Farsi, although we question the efficiency of your nation having three languages.

We are happy that JL is taking such a move, and though 90% of middle and upper class Parthians speak english, we will now also make Thai a mandatory language and add all three languages to signs.

Why not combine the languages and flag? Have them learn Thaifarglish!
