Over the last few weeks the Planet of Forall has given the Planet Federation great help and tremendous economical tradings with our nation.


This morning at 3:45 Local time Federation Governemnt officals moved into the planet of forall and took key military positions. The Prime Minister of forall feels this step "nesseceary" and welcomes federation occupation.

The Prime Minister of The Planet Federation Announced today that the planet of forall will now be under Federation contol and space. The old government of forall....a corrupt and nonenforced or reconized governemnt was disbanded and the Planet of forall.....contiaining approx 5 million people was annexed by The Planet Federation at 6 AM local time.

In response to the unprovoked annexation of Planet of Forall by Planet Federation, Her Majesty's Armed Forces are hereby withdrawing the HMS King George and her cruiser escorts from their defensive positions near Planet Federation space.

By your own admission, Planet Forall has been a helpful influence for your nation, and responding to this help by annexing them -- for ANY reason -- gives us serious grounds for concern. This and future actions will depend greatly on an explanation from your government concerning this matter. Details regarding the nature of this annexation and the provocation for this annexation will be required for our consideration.

The People of the Planet Federation annexed the Planet of forall with the CONSENT of the nations government and people. Our nation has no intention do ever do so without the overwhelming support of any region planet or piece of ground without the peoples support.

In this case, perhaps 'annexation' was not the appropriate word to use. I am unsure of what other governments consider the term to mean, but when I hear it I usually think of it as a hostile appropriation of power with military force.

Providing the agreement was not 'encouraged' with threats, and the legal documentation can be presented to substantiate the events, the government of Bretonia revokes our previous statement and apologises for any problems caused. The HMS King George was due for reassignment anyway, so the HMS Dover will replace her at your border, as per our previous agreement. She will set off as soon as the King George arrives home safety.

Assuming that military force was not used, I would say that this move was a 'union' rather than an 'annexation'. If the popular support of the Forall people was present, we have no problem with such a union. We were under the impression that military force was used to appropriate power of the planet, that seems to be a misunderstanding however.

This was a simple miswording on my behalf you are 100% correct it was more of a joining of 2 nations than an annexation. As of now we are convening in a join session of parliment to discuss if we will even be joining with the Forall Nation at this point.

The effectiveness of Planet Federations propaganda is almost beyond belief!
It seems that other nations are ready to believe almost anything to stay out of action. It seems that Madnesians are standing alone with the Resistance of Forall. Still, despite their lonelyness they are willing to help their comrades, unlike rest of the galaxy!

Perhaps the possibility of conversation still exists, as Madnesia might be let Federations cash help Forall's people instead of Madnesian weapons... Those credits,dollars or whatever currency are used on this matter - shall be sent to Madnesia though, so that it can help the Forall people instead of corrupted local government. We hope that we understand eachother on this issue... ;)

If these negotiations fail we shall, however, keep on supporting the armed movement of separationists in Forall.

The history of Planet Federation makes it seem highly unlikely that they would engage upon a program of systematic annexations and occupations of weaker nations than themselves for purely imperialistic motives, hence the initially surprised reaction of the Bretonian government. Our own past relations with the nation's government have presented no reasons why they should be distrusted when stating something of this magnitude. There is no need to force this issue in such a manner.

We understand the madnestan worries and concers about this recent union of forall to the planet federation. Furthermore we would like to extend a hand of friendship to the madnestan peoples and governemnt. Your proposal madnestan is.....how shall i put this. Very interesting. I would like to propose this however. We propose that 75% of the money goes through the Madnestan peoples. And as an act of good faith we will also give Madnestan 200,000,000 FCS pounds. Or roughly 5% that is goiing to be spent on the forall planet.

According to our civilian intel rebellions are extremely low in forall to this union so we are hopeful that they can be put down peacefully.

The offer seems reasonable. Peace is, as we all know, better for the people and after bitter negotiations our advisors within the Forall resistance have convinced those stubborn men. They have accepted the terms of the ceasefire. As their war has been fought almost completely by Madnestanian funding, it is highly possible that that ceasefire will last and be respected. Still, some of the patriots in Forall who have fought without Madnestanian assistance are determined to keep on fighting, and our government has little to no power over those groups.

As peaceloving nation, Madnestan is happy to inform that after this announcement terrorist actions, assasinations and guerilla warfare will be ceased by those Forallians who truly love their country. Cash that has been promised to us -I mean, to Forall people- will be used for the public good.
