OOC: Now I know FT besides, SW rpers, there hasn't been any major story line. I would like to change that with my race, not to be egotistical or anything but I think they could prove a sufficient threat to unite/disunite the galaxy. All techs would be allowed, as the heartless will wage a war like no other. I have already developed the overall plot, and believe it to be decent. If you would like it TG me, or MSN/AIM me and I will send it to you so not to spoil the role play for others but it is going to be very fun in my opinion. I know off the top of my head I have Coreworlds, Isle of Skye(SP?), and Chronosia and a few others tagged.

Look in my siggy for the thread for the current Heartless Thread, and their technology also if you’re interested and willing to participate post here. The story is already well underway so better get here quick! :)

I'm in. I'll send a task group of slivers, which is approximately 3-4 million(a colony of slivers gets really big, fast, and all slivers are capable of combat, not just trained individuals like in other nations.) So I have a standing army of about 30 million that requires no training, thinks with one mind, has no costs for guns or pay, and doesn't feel fear like humans do, they feel fear they just fear different things. I'm not sure what they fear but they fear something, I'll figure it out eventually. A 3-4 million taskgroup is nothing to my forces, this is not godmodding it's the way my society works(hive mind that gives the orders, hive that obeys them without question.).

I'd be interested in involvement, but I won't be able to join in for a while because I'm not going to be able to post over the summer. If a slot for later involvement can be worked into the storyline, count me in; otherwise, <tag> for watching.

Hey man I don't need to pay them, they're insects, what use do they have for money, they don't need anything but food and living space, and that's provided as a member of the hive, they're 4 million big ass bugs, versus any spaceship, that's still pretty long odds for the bugs.

edit addition: Not only that but they don't have hands or arms, they don't shoot guns and they don't have "armor" forces as we conider it, I'm willing to drop it to about 1 million, but any less and involvement by me would be a blindsided slaughter of my troops.

Food is covered by killing things, like people, they can eat just about everything, including most toxins(see Victual Sliver) and other unpleasant things that we wouldn't want to eat, control is exactly one organism, the queen, who transmits orders through the overlord and has hive-mind communication with all slivers at all times(one of the difficulties in playing nonhumans, nobody understands that the restrictions that apply to humanity don't necessarily apply, different restrictions apply, but not the same restrictions in all cases)
